**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related disciplines.
- Working knowledge of HR functions.
- 1-2 years of experience in related field. Must have credit in SPM Mathematics

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Inspect uniforms for damage and remove substandard uniforms from circulation and issue replacement
- Filling of documents and maintaining proper filing system. To actively attend to queries from branches and external parties. To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior.
- Arranging and organizing all extra uniforms and carrying out any small repair work to the uniforms.
- Sorted, received, and issued uniform. Raised necessary document before issuing uniform to the staff Returns unclean or dirty uniforms to laundry for rewash. Informs supervisor about any damage to uniforms.
- Entering & maintaining uniforms deduction and refund record in Success Factor. Monitoring Uniform stock and updating in Excel on a monthly basic. Manage annual uniform orders
- Prepare GRN(Goods Return Note) & DDR (Document Distribution Record) to send uniforms to branches.
- Make sure that there is a sufficient supply of uniforms in stock for the new starters.
- Responsible for ensuring that all foreign workers have the necessary work permits/ employment pass, and other legal documentation to work in the country. This includes coordinating with government agencies, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
- Administering staff training enrolment and assisting in coordinating training related matters.
- To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
