Barista Cashier

**RUD Karting**, a store under **Autoplay Group Sdn Bhd**, is a leisure space that combines entertainment and gourmet experiences. We not only offer high-quality coffee and delicious beverages but also provide customers with a unique go-kart racing experience. We are committed to excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a perfect blend of excitement and relaxation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing drinks, including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency.
- Engage with customers and recommend drinks based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Process payments (credit/debit cards, e-payments) using the POS system.
- Issue receipts and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in stock management and replenishing supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for coffee and great customer service.
- Having Latte Art skills is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
