**Job Description: Sales Supervisor (Luxury Retail)**
- As a Sales Supervisor and role model to team members.
- Key support to Boutique Manager on day-to-day boutique operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, VM, logistic, etc.
- Key support to Boutique Manager in people management, e.g, coaching and motivating team members.
- Client development, including recruitment, retention, engagement and always promote the spirit of excellent client experience.
- Embrace the brand's selling ceremony, enthusiastic in achieving sales target and optimize every selling opportunity.
- Pillar to teamwork and harmonious work environment at boutique.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/fashion retail/luxury retail.

2. Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.

3. Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.

4. Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.

5. Solid leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Self-motivated, vibrant, positive energy and go-getter.

7. Computer and Microsoft utilities savvy.

8. Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
