Customer Service Executive March Intake

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months of experience in the call service industry.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Handle all inbound calls related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and concerns regarding the airline’s services, policies, and products.
- Contact customers proactively if their flights have been rescheduled, providing updated details and alternative options.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and rebookings while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, check-in procedures, and other travel-related inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer grievances professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
