**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts in manufacturing-related industries (automotive, electrical, construction, and engineering).
- Promote and sell precision metal stamping products, CNC parts, and customized engineering solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product/solution offerings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure purchase orders.
- Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct regular visits to customers’ sites to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports and present to management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in **metal stamping / manufacturing / engineering industry**.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate product value to customers.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel and meet clients.
- ERP system knowledge will be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
