**Full Job Description**
**1. Recruitment & Staffing**
- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment process**, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- **Manage foreign worker matters**, including recruitment, documentation, permit renewals, and coordination with relevant government agencies.
**2. Compensation & Benefits**
- Handle **monthly payroll processing** and ensure timely submission of all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDC).
- Review, maintain, and administer **employee salary structures**, allowances, and benefits in line with company policies and market practices.
**3. HR Operations & Administration**
- Oversee the **entire employee lifecycle**, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and resignation processes.
- Maintain and update **employee records**, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
- Assist in **drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and standard documentation** to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
**4. Employee Relations & Support**
- Address **employee inquiries and HR-related issues** in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and organize **employee engagement and team-building activities** to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide **administrative support** and handle **ad-hoc HR assignments** as required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- We communicate regularly with our **parent company**, which is **Mandarin-speaking**. Therefore, proficiency in **Malay, English, and Mandarin** is required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
