- e managing sourcing capabilities and supply chain for purchase volumes of several hundred million Euro mainly in backend related commodities eg: equipment & spares, direct material and other indirect materials. H
- andle escalation to suppliers especially on deliveries & quality matters. M
- anage a team of 9 direct reports and accountable for defined savings and other Procurement KPIs. R
- esponsible for driving locally managed PUR strategies and projects supports driven by segments and cluster functions. R
- esponsible for supplier relationship management while continually sourcing for potential vendors.

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- achelor Degree/Master in Business Admin (BA), Economics or Engineering with good BA knowledge and experience. P
- referred with minimum of 7-8 years experience in Procurement, business administration or planning function within manufacturing environment. G
- ood knowledge of purchasing/business administration/planning processes, tools and methods. G
- ood interpersonal and negotiation skills is a prerequisite. O
- peration:

- Order process, delivery follow up, vendor portfolio management, payment terms, incoterms, etc. S
- ourcing:

- New product and supplier sourcing, alternate source, change management, etc. S
- upplier Management:

- Supplier Qualification & Improvement, Supplier Evaluation, supplier audit and vendor performance review, etc. C
- ontract Management:

- New contract creation, alignment, maintenance and obsoletion. S
- upply Chain Management:

- Inventory management, consignment approach, STL, JIT, etc. P
- urchasing Methods and Tools:

- SAP MM, SES, SIM, Softcon, SAP DMS, Supplier Strategy, Negotiation, etc.
