**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Documentation and Coordination:

- Prepare, verify, and maintain importation documents for named patient requests.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, regulatory authorities, and logistics partners.

2.Database Management:

- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all named patient importation cases.
- Regularly update case status and provide detailed reports as needed.

3.Communication and Support:

- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding importation processes.

4.Logistics Coordination:

- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor shipments and promptly address any delays or issues.

5.Administrative Support:

- Manage filing systems, correspondence, and team schedules.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT**:

- Possess a minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification or any relevant qualifications.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Based in Teraju Pharma's Warehouse at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
