AufgabenTask Description
- Provide first-level support for end users and coordinate with other support levels for issue resolution.
- Manage relationships with local and international stakeholders.
- Help improve IT solutions by adopting modern technologies like APIs, Cloud, FOSS, and SaaS.
- Ensure IT security by identifying risks, implementing security measures, and monitoring vulnerabilities.
- Work with the cybersecurity team to enforce policies and ensure compliance with data protection.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and recommend improvements for system security.
- Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- QualifikationenJob Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science (Cybersecurity)
- Practical experience in IT infrastructure management, technical support, or cybersecurity roles.
- Knowledge of firewalls, anti-virus software, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and encryption tools.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to analyze and identify potential security threats or system inefficiencies.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Competence in explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Willingness to work in cross-functional teams, especially with IT and security teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
