And now, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled **Finance Manager cum Trainer**to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full set of accounts, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Analyze monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows) and effectively communicate findings to the Director as requested.
- Prepare year-end financial books for audit and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly business performance review reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
- Ensure operational compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Act as a liaison for any necessary compliance issues related to external parties (tax, auditing, company secretary).
- Lead and deliver financial training sessions to external clients, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge and skills.
- Prepare comprehensive training modules and materials, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Provide personalized assistance to clients requesting financial guidance or support.
- Participate in webinars or seminars, both physically and virtually, as required, to represent the company and share financial expertise.

**Desired skills & requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
- Proven experience in managing financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
