**IMMEDIATELY HIRING**

**Responsibility**

**1. Coordinate and conduct on-site security checks**

**2. Provide daily / monthly duty of guards by determining the movement / placement of sufficient and timely members**

**3. Responsible for the discipline of guards**

**4. Organize and prepare timetable, rosters, roll call, physical training and guarding personal**

**5. Assist the fire drill training session held by the premise administrator from time to time**

**6. Submit a written report (logbook) about patrolling around the premises on a weekly basis to the premise administrator**

**7. Carry out other suitable tasks as directed by the client**

**8. Make patrol at least once a day and patrol verification should be in the logbook. Example: analogue watchman clock / attendance confirmation inside report book**

**9. Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in Tender & Contract Review, Operations Planning and Control, Human Resource, Purchasing Control and Management Procedures of the firm’s Quality Management System and shall**:
**a) ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001;**

**b) ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;**

**c) report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management;**

**d) ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and**

**e) ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.**

**10. Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior**

**11. Authorised to make recommendation related to operation matters.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**1. Minimum Qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent**

**2. Experience and Skill Requirements: Minimum 1 (one) year works relating experience.**

**3. Ex-Army or Ex-Police officer is preferable**

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
