Responsibilities:

- Help manage daily warehouse operations and maintain inventory control.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials by supervising inbound and outbound processes, segregating approved, quarantined, and rejected items.
- Participate in stock take reports for mid-year and year-end exercises.
- Perform manual tasks related to receipt, verification, storage, and issuance of materials, following established policies.
- Prepare monthly reports comparing stock levels to actual usage.
- Reconcile inventory records annually and periodically to adjust for inventory changes.
- Verify receipt of ordered stock, reconcile discrepancies on invoices, and record pricing information.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
