**Responsibilities**:

- We are currently searching for a Digital Transformation Manager to take on the roles of assisting in development of business cases for new digital transformation projects and be part of the implementation such as gathering and analysing requirements in support of business objectives, system requirements and customer experience.
- As the Digital Transformation Lead you will be responsible for the following:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Run and lead the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives in line with company’s business model and strategy
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agile solution strategies for IT innovation and co-create solutions
- Provide expert advice on shaping complex platform transformation programs
- Procuring IT systems, managing the tender process, contract and vendor outsourcing.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Build new skills and strengthen your expertise with unparalleled training and supportWHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
- A bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital solutions
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand their need and build trusted relationships
- Understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Ability to perform well under pressure and with defined timelines and milestones
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Advanced verbal communication skills; ability to articulate your thoughts, ideas, and develop a point of view about your work.WHAT ARE**Benefits**:
