**Job summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Guidance and Support:

- Follow up with clients to monitor progress on their personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plans.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to help clients implement dietary and lifestyle changes.
- Address client questions and concerns related to their programs.

2. Nutritional Counseling:

- Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to educate clients on the principles of functional nutrition.
- Tailor recommendations to align with clients’ health conditions, preferences, and goals.

3. Collaboration with Practitioners:

- Work closely with functional medicine practitioners to ensure client programs are aligned with their health objectives.
- Provide feedback on client progress and suggest adjustments to programs as needed.

4. Educational Resources:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest research in functional medicine, nutrition, longevity and supplementation.
- Develop and share educational materials (e.g., meal plans, recipes, lifestyle tips) to support client success.
- Conduct group workshops and wellness talks on nutrition-related topics.
- Assist in content creation (articles, social media posts, or handouts) to educate the community.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes and program adjustments.
- Prepare reports on client outcomes and program effectiveness.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Preferable Chinese speaker

**-**Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Recognized certification or registration as a nutritionist in Malaysia (e.g., Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Allied Health Professions Council Malaysia (AHPC) or a Certified Nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of Malaysia (NSM)).
- Experience in functional medicine, integrative health, or wellness coaching is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supplements, gut health, metabolic health, and chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to empower clients.
- Passionate about holistic health, longevity, and evidence-based nutrition.
- Comfortable working with health data, functional lab tests, and personalized health plans.

**Preferred Skills: (Not compulsory)**
- Familiarity with functional medicine principles and practices.
- Experience working with clients managing chronic health conditions.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging educational content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
