**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and determines branches cash flow, expenses, sales records
- Oversees the performance of staff who work in branches
- Manage and complete daily store operation jobs
- Market merchandising by studying promotion, pricing, product display, stock control and stock manage.
- Achieve the sales target
- Resolve customer problems
- Contributing to the team in order to accomplish and achieve the result and team work
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior

**Requirements**:

- At least having a year of experience in Sales, Retailing or relevant field would be an added advantage
- Having leadership skills and mentor the team
- Must be confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services.
- Proactive and initiative team player with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Independent, ambitious and team driven.
- Charismatic, hardworking and able to commit as part of the retail team.
- Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team.
- Able to work accordingly to retail hours, including weekends & Public Holidays (Alternate Rest Day)
- Possess transport for traveling and transferable
- **Working Location: Johor / Kedah / Kuala Lumpur / Melaka / Negeri Sembilan / Pahang / Penang / Perak / Selangor**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,550.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
