We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting the company’s services and brand within the healthcare industry through various channels, including social media, events and company visits. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in the marketing field while making a significant impact on the company's growth and market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain company’s social media profiles across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content including posts, articles, and multimedia for social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to inquiries, and manage online community engagement

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute company events, healthcare seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth event operations.

**Lead Generation**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and potential leads in the healthcare sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into customers.

**Company Visits & Networking**:

- Conduct regular company visits to meet potential clients, understand their needs, and promote the company’s services.
- Represent the company at healthcare networking events, conferences, and meetings.
- Provide regular feedback on client interactions and market trends.

**Brand Promotion & Marketing Collateral**:

- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and flyers.
- Ensure that all marketing activities align with the company’s brand and message.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all promotional channels.

**Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct research on healthcare industry trends, competitors, and market needs.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update databases of leads, prospects, and event contacts.
- Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance and other related metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for healthcare and marketing.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
- Experience in organizing healthcare-related events or conferences.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market and trends.
