**Responsibilities include**:

- Develop and enforce Receiving, Warehouse and Scrap process are complying to procedures specs and playbook execution.
- Manage 3PL team and overseeing operation to ensure smooth day-to-day flow of Receiving, Logistics and Warehouse operation.
- Responsible for the KPI in Receiving, Warehouse and Scrap Stockroom to ensure goals set are achieved.
- Manage incoming cargo shipment against delivery documentation and perform receipt transactions in SAP within the schedule.
- To ensure warehouse issuance materials for production are carried out in accordance with FIFO procedures and standards.
- Support on cycle count activity in warehouse to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Manage scrap waste delivery per schedule in order to comply to ESH requirement.
- To ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of the Receiving, Warehouse and Scrap Stockroom to comply to 5S, Safety and ESH requirement.
- Manage stockroom space utilization with efficient storage to achieve optimal use of space.
- Continuously drive 3PL headcount optimization, productivity improvement and process efficiency for cost saving opportunity.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years working experience in managing Warehouse, Logistics and Supply Chain.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience in driving to execution.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Strong people management skill in leading 3rd Party Logistics service provider.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships.
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
- Attentive to detail with data mining knowledge will be added advantage.
