**Job description**

**Responsibility**:
**1. Halal Certification**
- Track and update the status of Halal certification for all outlets/products.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect supporting documents.
- Prepare for and support Halal audits or site visits from certification bodies.
- Monitor ongoing compliance with Halal requirements and highlight any potential non-compliance.

**2.Business Licensing**
- Oversee and manage all kind of licenses in the company ( Outlets )
- Ensure all licenses are valid and up to date for smoothness of business operations.
- Key liaison person with all government departments.

**3. General Administrative Support**
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management or compliance team.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in F&B will be added advantage
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, and flexible to changes in any situation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in Bahasa & English.
- Willing to travel.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
