**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve end user technical issues
- Assisting support group to resolve the escalated problem
- Support business process, system and end users
- Maintain computer peripherals for administration work
- Process and support end users computer devices upon approval

**Requirement of the Job**
- Diploma holder or higher qualification
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field (fresh graduates are encourage to apply)
- Skill : Hardware, software and networking knowledge

**Salary**: From RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
