**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems and ensure the security of systems.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of internal and external networks.
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Set up, manage, and monitor CCTV systems and ensure they are operational.
- Train computer users as necessary.
- Document internal procedures and write reports on incidents.
- Assist with the management of inventory for all IT equipment and supplies.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
1. At least 2 years of related working experience

2. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field

3. Male are preferred

4. Proven experience in a relevant position or similar role.

6. Technical expertise in setting up networks and managing CCTV systems.

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
