Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in material planning, scheduling, and purchasing activities.
- Maintain accurate supply and delivery schedules to optimize workflow and minimize disruptions.
- Demonstrate exceptional record-keeping skills to track and store all purchased items, maintaining precise inventory records for easy accessibility and effective management.
- Identify primary and alternate sources for each required item, promoting healthy competition among suppliers to obtain the best value for the organization.
- Oversee relationships with multiple suppliers and freight forwarders, fostering positive partnerships that enhance collaboration and performance.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards, and promptly address any shortcomings.
- Supervise in-bound freight and carrier functions, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and streamlining logístical processes.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to secure materials and products in a timely and cost-effective manner.

**Requirements**:
Academic Qualification:

- At least a Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

Experiences:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and logistics planning.
- Strong in planning and highly organised.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively and work well with others.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
