We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Facebook Ads Specialist** to join our dynamic team remotely. You will play a vital role in assisting with ad development and campaign execution, using Facebook Ads Manager to launch and optimize campaigns in line with brand standards and performance goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in crafting compelling ad copy and selecting visuals (images/videos) that align with brand identity.
- Set up and manage ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager—defining campaign objectives, budgets, and schedules.
- Plan and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of ad elements such as visuals, headlines, and copy.
