**Responsibilities**
- **Live Hosting & Audience Engagement**

Host regular live sessions on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to showcase and promote company products. Actively engage with viewers, respond to questions in real-time, and create an energetic and interactive atmosphere.
- **Product Presentation & Sales**

Confidently present product features and benefits in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner. Use storytelling and soft-selling techniques to attract potential buyers and drive purchases during live sessions.
- **Order Management During Live Sessions**

Accurately capture and process customer orders made during live broadcasts. Ensure all orders are followed up and completed smoothly.
- **Pre
- & Post-Live Preparation**

Prepare live scripts, props, and setup before going live. After the session, analyze performance metrics such as views, engagement, and sales, and report to the sales or marketing team.
- **Customer Inquiry Handling**

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via comments, DMs, and online platforms. Assist customers through the purchase process and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- **Content Collaboration**

Work closely with the media and marketing teams to develop engaging content, including pre-live teasers, product highlights, and short-form videos for social media.
- **Sales Reporting & Feedback**

Keep track of daily or weekly sales and collect customer feedback. Share insights and suggestions with the team to improve future live sessions and product offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least **1 year of experience** in online sales, customer service, or as a live host.
- **Experience in the automotive industry** is an advantage.
- Familiar with **e-commerce platforms and online selling tools**, including Shopee Live, TikTok Shop, etc.
- **Confident on camera**, articulate, and able to maintain high energy throughout live sessions.
- **Fluent in English and Malay**. Being up-to-date with current trends and online slang is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable, and creative with good problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
