**Summary**

Coordinate & support the analysis and study exercise on supply chain costs & cogs in response to GAM tenders, complex NPI Projects for ASPAC and Network ops initiatives. Perform and Coordinate for ASPAC network optimization studies Document risks and constraints proactively in every project and highlight to the relevant stakeholders
- Support NPI & Network Optimization Manager by coordinating with various stakeholders on supply chain activities, collaborate data and inputs from countries for analysis and assessment for New Product Launches, Network Optimization opportunities, GAM Tenders, Competitiveness Initiatives within ASPAC.
- Maintain and periodically update network optimization models and tools /checklists/databases for critical and material supply chain hubs.
- Support ASPAC PU planning team with data analysis & coordination of projects for various planning initiatives

**NPI**
- Engage and coordinate GSC assessment and development for ODIMS process.
- Consolidate inputs as part of the supporting reference point for GSC Stage Gate review in Global OD&I projects & ensure alignment and readiness to proceed through various gates.
- Support NPI & Network Optimization Manager in the implementation of policies, processes, and systems to improve the development and deployment of NPI in the GSC
- Coordinate country SC response for GAM tenders.
- Facilitate periodical review of CLT NPI in execution project
- Publish monthly ASPAC NPI dashboard to the wider stakeholders

**Network ops**
- Coordinate and compile feasibility study for various sourcing options as well as end-to-end costing for options, as per agreed processes and timelines.
- Create and keep updated a central data depository that will enable better and faster sourcing decisions for the PU.
- Track the Network optimization project execution and implementation and highlight any risks or misalignments.
- Ensure compliance across the ASPAC Network Optimization Ways of Working
- Assist and facilitate the periodical review forum with country/hub supply chains to identify opportunities for tactical and strategic network ops.

**Data Management**
- Support several monthly / one-off PU-led initiatives with data validation, coordination of actions and support to bring any project to completion

**Merits**
- Tertiary degree or equivalent with 3+ years’ experience in the lubricants, CPG or chemical industry
- Knowledge in Supply Chain operation will be an added advantage.
- Strong in communication, influence, leading others
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and face difficult situations with confidence, a can-do attitude and sound judgement.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes, solve problems and improve processes
- Knowledge of statistical analysis

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM9,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
