**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English

- Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently and enjoy interfacing with other staff at all levels
- Knowledge in Sales and Services Tax (SST) will be added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Account system (exp: Autocount) and Taxation.
- Good time management skills
- Able to undertake pressure
- Able to multi-task and willing to work overtime

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Day-to-day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
- To handle any ad-hoc that is assigned by management.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations/management report
- Prepare journal entries for financial closing in accordance with company accounting policies.
- Maintaining proper document and filing control.
- Generate and send invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Account & Payment:

- Perform Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Ensure Monthly fixed expenses (Statutory Contribution, Loan/HP installment, PCB Credit Card Statement on-time payment before the due date
- Key in supplier invoice and payment before month end
- All documents are proper filing and kept
- Assist with a monthly journal such as salary/depreciation etc for closing purpose
- Issue Sales Invoice and follow up on outstanding Balance with the operation/sales team
- Key in credit card and petty cash journal
- Generate Month reports such as financial report.
