**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process insurance documents and claims
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Liaise with insurance providers and clients
- Provide administrative support to the insurance team
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and insurance regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the insurance industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an insurance agency, TPA, or insurance claims department
- Familiarity with insurance policies, terms, and procedures

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
