**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and management.

- Time Management: Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organization: Organize work and maintain accurate records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Proactivity: Exhibit a proactive attitude by anticipating needs and taking initiative to address them.
- Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create, edit, and format documents and presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with higher-level management, providing support and assistance as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduates with Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and willing to learn new skills.
- Experience working with higher-level management is a plus.
**Additional Information**:
- Contract: 12 months
- Location: Cyberjaya
- Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid)
- Salary: RM 3,000
