Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions, including responding to RFPs.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Product teams to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
- Deliver impactful presentations and demos at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,vTiger, orExcel).
- Make multiple outbound calls daily (cold and warm); follow through to close and ensure postsale handover.
- Meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and BD leadership on strategy, lead generation, and sales forecasting.
- Support government and private sector tender processes where applicable.

Job Requirements:

- STPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in IT, software, or digital solutions.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in tendering for government projects is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
