Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP or inventory systems is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Monitor and manage daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, customer service) to streamline processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain records and reports related to operations, including inventory, shipments, or service delivery.
- Handle customer and vendor queries related to operations.
- Identify areas of improvement in workflow and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports and provide insights to management.
- Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization efforts.
- Conduct quality checks and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
