**INTERIOR SITE AND PROJECT COORDINATOR**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-Site Coordination**: Act as the bridge between design teams and construction crews. Monitor project progress on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- **Resource Management**: Efficiently allocate resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, to optimize project performance and minimize delays.
- **Client Interaction**: Maintain open communication with clients and provide regular updates on project status. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports. Generate insightful reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets our exacting standards. Identify and address any deviations from the design plan promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role within the construction or interior design industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
