Providing business transformation and governance services in the fields of accounting and finance, prioritizing tasks based on business impact, regulatory compliance, and resource limitations, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Enhancing overall efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of Global Financial Services (GFS) operations through continuous evaluation of processes and systems, implementing improvements as needed.
- Implementing individual training and development programs and conducting quarterly reviews to monitor progress.
- Collaborating with the Procure To Pay (P2P) Lead on detailed discussions regarding project and system issues, engaging with SAPCOE solution architects and support teams for SAP-related matters, and coordinating with various department heads, deputy heads, and team members for GFS-related concerns.
- Engaging with Group Finance in Hong Kong for accounting and finance-related requirements, discussing accounting technical matters, and collaborating with Group Sourcing in Hong Kong for procurement-related needs and sourcing technical matters.
- Communicating with local teams, including Investment Operation, Finance, Treasury, and Sourcing, to address specific matters impacting GFS outsourcing migration projects and operations.
- Interacting with external solution providers to address system-related issues and coordinating with both external and internal auditors for audit meetings and field work.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- multi-national asset management/insurance operation: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Recognised Professional Process Improvement Qualification (preferred)
