**Job description**:

- Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, and qualify and negotiate sales contracts.
- Identify potential customers through phone calls, cold calls, networking, referrals, and community events.
- Research and contact prospective businesses, using industry and news databases, social media, and the company website.
- Prepare sales and marketing presentations, and proposals, including materials and equipment specifications, estimates, and timelines.
- Identify and cultivate key decision makers and influencers within prospective companies.
- Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Present and close sales, managing and tracking the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract and closing.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, including meeting with customers to negotiate contracts and renewals, as well as training customers’ employees.
- Establish and implement marketing and sales strategies, objectives, and tactics.

**Key Objectives**:

- Develop new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.
- Ensure healthy sales performance for assigned customer groups.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional service and communication.

**Who are they looking for?**
- Experience level: Those with one to two years of working experience in sales are preferred.
- Educational background: Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Marketing knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of marketing principles is essential.
- Language skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
- Industry exposure: Previous experience in marketing or advertising agencies (event, digital, outdoor, PR) is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, particularly in handling customer inquiries efficiently.
- Customer-focused: with strong interpersonal skills.
- 5 days work week
- Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.00pm
- Basic Salary + Allowance + Commission up to 10K ++
- Contribute ：EPF/ SOCSO/ EIS
- Benefit : Annual Leave/ Medical Leave & Claim

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
