Job Description
- Responsible to assure the management and control of all material from receiving to the processing of all finished goods shipment (Domestic and Export).
- Supports the Western Digital SDSM Material Handling Strategy, by coordinating schedules and implementing activities for Receiving, Warehouse and Material Distribution function, that include overseeing personnel, directing operations and following-up on transactions, to ensure department standards and the Regulations are observed.
- Manages receipt, storage and transaction of raw materials and supplies in accordance with validated procedures quickly and accurately to meet Western Digital SDSM standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Logistics and Manufacturing Management is preferred. Minimum 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position or an equivalent combination of education and work experience Strong understanding and experience of GMP & EHS requirements and external/internal audits
- A good understanding of specified functional area.
- Able to speak, read, and write in English.
- SAP and Oracle experience is preferred.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with external/internal clients required.
- License in Export/Distribution Seminars and/or certifications is desired, Forklift Instructor Certification is desired, and IATA Dangerous Goods Seminar Training is desired.
- Strong business and customer focus and hands on person.
- Knowledge on Lean Sigma tools will be added advantage.
- Capability of handling multiple priorities.Ability to concentrate, cope with stress.Use independent judgment to accomplish results.Adapt to stay alert in business environment. Ability to deal with people.
