Key Accounts Manager

We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager.
Do you excel at turning leads into high-value clients and building relationships to boost revenue? Do you love negotiating deals and the freedom to create sales strategies? If so, let’s talk This is a full-time (on-site) position based in Kuala Lumpur, with direct reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Develop and execute a quarterly sales plan to meet revenue goals across events and workspaces.
- Convert leads into bookings for weddings, corporate offsites, and office spaces.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new and repeat business.
- Close deals with clients ranging from startups to large corporations.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key clients to drive referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact and tours to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and memorable client experience.
- Stay updated on our offerings and market trends to keep us ahead of the competition.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
