If you are looking to grow in an enriching career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our General Insurance team as **Digital and Affinity Insurance Lead. **In this exciting role, you will work closely with our digital affinity partners to drive customer acquisition as well as engagement via our partner's platforms.

**The Role**:

- Be adept in managing a business in a complex, multi-functional, cross-border environment - working across different teams and organizations to drive business strategies
- Good understanding of customer segmentation and execution of relevant acquisition and engagement activities via partner's platform(s)
- Establish customer life cycle program and manage conversion funnel on a portfolio level, across different insurance product lines
- Additional responsibilities lie in managing a pipeline of product releases and integrations to our partner's platform(s)
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
- Other responsibilities entailed

**The Person**:

- Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years working experience in selling/distributing General or Life Insurance products with good understanding of retail insurance products for the digital space.
- Prior experience in banking (bancassurance)/telco business teams a plus
- Experienced in digital ecosystems and customer life cycle management
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
