**Job Summary**:
We are hiring enthusiastic and service-oriented **Customer Service Executives** to support operations for one of **Malaysia’s leading banks** known for its strong retail and digital banking presence. **Your Responsibilities**:
- Address complaints, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective problem resolution.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office** tools.
- Open to **fresh graduates** and **diploma holders** with the right attitude.
