**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advisory to management and business on legal strategy and risk issues associated with the company’s business operations, regulatory, compliance, commercial transactions, and product review
- Provide solutions and mitigation to risk issues, possible breaches, and non-compliance
- Preparing, drafting, reviewing, vetting and/or providing legal advice on all legal matters and documentations arising from day-to-day business and operations
- To undertake research and provide advisory based on the information provided (e.g., letter of award, proposal, management paper, purchase order and others
- To analyze and identify the effective solution to any disputes
- To manage company’s contract management

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Law, Legal or equivalent from reputable educational institutions
- Required skill(s): Proven track record in contract drafting/vetting & negotiation, providing accurate and effective legal advice, and adding value to an organization through the development of comprehensive contract documents that mitigate risk and penalties. Able to relate to business and operational needs of stakeholders and translate to legal terms effectively
- Key quality(s): Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command in writing. Good analytical, reporting, planning, and problem-solving skills. Have ability to work independently and proactively. Able to build strong relationships with managements across different levels.
- Required language(s): Excellent in English language both in speaking and writing is mandatory with a good command in Malay
- Desired experience/exposure: Minimum 3 years of legal experience ideally in a leading organization/corporate company

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
