Managing Personnel & Talent Management - Lead team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel - Establish targets, KPI’s, policies and procedures - Train staffs to become efficient, able to handle multi-tasking, provide friendly and great service, and serve high-quality coffee & drinks - Provide feedback and advice to team members to ensure consistency and quality of coffee & drinks preparation, professionalism, patron service, hygiene & cleanliness - Monitor and manage staffs by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve operational performance - Overseeing and monitoring staff’s attendance - Be a good model with great attendance, punctuality, customer service, and overall attitude - Creates, adjusts, and implements training plans for new employees - Good knowledge in Schedule arrangement - Good knowledge in Stock arrangement & purchasing - Good knowledge in personnel handling - Good knowledge in Operation management - Implement shift protocol and etiquette - Generate revenue by attracting new customers and create repeating customers - Refining new experience for new and repeating customers; e.g. personal touch, free coffee on their birthday, surprise regular customer with a slice of cake - Maintain and improve the appearance of the store and coffee bar - Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste & save cost - Prepare drinks/food costing - Handling reservations, in-house events & etc
