**Main Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment.
- Conduct regular safety checks to ensure all electrical tools and equipment are safe for use.
- Cooperate with management to implement HSE policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management in support of factory operations.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Preferably 1 year of working experience, with experience in a production or factory environment.
- Experience in maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

**Skill**
- Proficient in operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Strong manual dexterity for physical tasks such as assembly, maintenance, and equipment handling.
- Basic administrative skills, including record-keeping and data entry.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and safety in both maintenance and administrative tasks.
- Time management skills to balance maintenance duties and administrative responsibilities.
- Knowledge of factory equipment operation and maintenance.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for administrative tasks.

**Job Requirement**
- Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and effectively.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
