**GENERAL OBJECTIVE**

In this competitive luxury environment, an outstanding After Sales service & Repair is key to build client’s loyalty to Louis Vuitton. You will be responsible to provide repair and after sales service to various Louis Vuitton products.

PROFIL

**FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Repairs**
- Assess if products are defective or repairable and assist retail team or client on technical questions relative to defects and repairs
- Provide clients with repair options and all necessary information (e.g. cost and turnaround time)
- Develop and maintain relationships with local repair and after sales centers as well as regional Repair Centre in Singapore
- Coach Client Advisor on simple product diagnosis so that they will be savvy to be able to advise client from the initial interaction
- Order spare parts for repairs and client orders and provide prompt & regular follow up
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, report any discrepancies immediately to supervisor

INFORMATIONS COMPLÉMENTAIRES

**DESIRED PROFILE**:

- At least 2 years of experience in retail back of house managing stock, repair and after sales
- Familiar managing repair and request in a high volume, dynamic environment
- Client centric mindset
- Ability to work in a team and having a global vision of the business
- Excellent administration skills, in addition to advanced excel & computer skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills with internal/external clients
- Be a team player; pro-active attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high performance level in a fast-paced environment
