**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Plant Operations Manager** to lead and optimize production operations with a strong focus on **CNC machining** and **special processes** such as electropolishing (EP), passivation, and anodization. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing activities to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety regulations are met consistently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day plant operations with emphasis on CNC machining and special processes.
- Ensure production output meets quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Oversee scheduling and prioritization of work orders.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to monitor and improve process control.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S.
- Improve workflows, equipment utilization, and throughput efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor manufacturing supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
- Foster a high-performance culture of accountability and results.
- Track and report KPIs including yield, scrap, cycle time, and downtime.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in management.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining and metal-based special processes.
- Strong knowledge of process validation, FMEA, and SPC.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

**Preferred Industry Background**
- Semiconductor, precision engineering, or metal-based manufacturing (especially stainless steel).

Pay: Up to RM18,000.00 per month
