**About Us**: H-huat Furniture is a leading manufacturer of panel-based furniture similar to Ikea, known for our commitment to quality and affordability.

Our factory is based in Batu Pahat, Johor with global sales channel and local online brand presence under D'Nest Furniture.

As we expand our operations, we are looking to add a Junior Accountant to our team to support our accounting and financial functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, statements, and invoices.
- Perform basic accounting functions such as data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Help in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents.
- Collaborate with auditors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
- Pay Rolls

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), Sage UBS, AutoCount
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
