**PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE**
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies
- Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures
- Reviewing, comparing and analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records. (stock take : manual & SQL)
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
- Monthly checking physical stock.
- Other duties as required.

**QUANTITY SURVEYOR**
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Examine maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liasing with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Travelling from the office to various sites as required.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Have at least a Secondary education level (SPM) / Diploma / Bachelor in Related field
- Knowledgeable/Experienced in related fields.
- A person who is willing to learn and committed to work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word/ Excel)
- Proficient in using PowerPoint
- Able to work under mínimal supervision
- Honest and trustworthy
- Knowledgeable in using social media
- Can work in groups
- Have good communication skills
- Female (Married/Single)

Working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
