**Position: Foreman**
**Employment Type: Full-Time**
**Salary Range: RM 2000 - RM 5000 per month (based on experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs and maintenance for our valued customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues, providing expert solutions and guidance to the team.
- Oversee the workflow, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, upholding workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues.
- Solid knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering top-notch results.
- Must be a team player and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
