1) 职位：会计及人力资源主管

工作日：周一至周六

工作时间：上午9点至下午6点

（午休时间：1小时30分钟）

可在Balok，靠近关丹旧码头（KP1）工作

职责

会计部门：
- 处理所有账户应付账款、应收账款和总账，及时准确地更新账户和公司间交易。
- 确保按时结清月度账户，提交月度管理报告，更新银行对账单、固定资产清单以及每2个月提交SST服务税申报表。
- 准备并汇编债务人或债权人的发票、借记单或贷记单、交货单或采购订单、账户对账单和付款凭证。
- 准备国内DuitNow转账或海外电汇付款。
- 制作并审核损益表和资产负债表，用于业务分析规划。
- 起草 CP204 和 CP204A 表格以供提交。
人力资源部：
- 设置员工 ID，例如职位、部门、员工子女年龄，并更新出勤、休假、迟到、加班、医疗和服务年限记录。
- 通过 CP22 更新员工入职日期，通过 CP22A 更新员工离职日期。
- 准备罗里司机的每周预支款、每月工资单（公积金、员工工伤保险、就业保险、人力资源发展基金、PCB(CP39)、员工工资和罗里司机工资）。
- 准备 CP8D 表格并提交电子表格。
- 按照主管的指示，为相关员工准备信函、备忘录或通知。
- 罗里司机在工作时间发生事故，协助相关罗里司机申请 SOCSO。
- 与罗里司机候选人进行面试。

薪资范围：RM 3,000.00 - 4,000.00 令吉月薪
