**Sales Coordinator**
**Location**: KL Sentral

**About Us**:
We are a leading Oil & Gas company, committed to providing top-tier solutions and services to the industry. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and support sales activities, including preparing quotes, proposals, and reports for the oil & gas sector.
- Process orders, manage documentation, and ensure accurate records for compliance and efficiency.
- Liaise with clients to address inquiries, provide updates on order statuses, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist the sales team in tracking performance metrics and preparing presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM tools, and sales materials specific to the oil & gas industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for the sales team.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support, preferably within the oil & gas industry, is an advantage.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal coordination.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of oil & gas industry operations and sales processes is a plus.
