**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise closely with scholarship/ non-scholarship customers for class and deliverables arrangement.
- Ensure service delivery according to timeline forecasted and following budgeting.
- Coordinate with internal departments for any upcoming risks and resolve issues within project timeline.
- Execute completion of project deliverables according to stages in project timelines and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Create and maintain project documentations.
- Conduct customer training sessions and assist in creating training materials, video conferencing and meal preparation.
- Monitor and evaluate quality of service delivery using internal metrics.
- Provide ongoing customer support, addressing any technical or operational concerns.
- Prepare lab and exam purchase summary and coordinate with Procurement for purchasing.
- Responsible for customer success, ensuring and fostering strong relationship from our service delivery with customers.
- Gather customers feedback proactively to improve our products and services.
- Ensuring project submission are accurate and provided with required data.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Project Management/Business/HR/Admin/Finance.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, ITIL) are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Able to work with medium to large team members.
- Possess the ability to work independently while seamlessly integrating within a team.
- IT savvy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have initiative and able to take proactive approach to solve challenges.
- Experience in IT service delivery and Project management is a plus.
- Able to work on Weekends if needed, provided with benefits.
- Converse and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to learn on new product/project portfolios and requirements.
- Able to adapt on changes of work scope due to changes of project requirements.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
