**Kitchen Crew (Cooking) Requirements**1. **Experience & Skills**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or restaurant kitchen
- Basic knowledge of preparing pasta, brunch items, and side dishes
- Able to follow standard recipes and maintain portion control
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new menus and cooking techniques
- Familiar with basic knife skills and safe handling of kitchen equipment

2. **Work Attitude & Teamwork**
- Punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision
- Maintains a positive work attitude and respects team members and management
- Performs well under pressure, especially during peak hours
- Cooperative team player with good hygiene habits

3. **Communication & Language**
- Able to understand basic instructions in Malay and/or English
- Can read and interpret kitchen order tickets and preparation guidelines

4. **Hygiene & Certification**
- Holds a valid Food Handling Certificate
- Preferably has completed Typhoid vaccination
- Practices high standards of personal hygiene and maintains kitchen cleanliness

5. **Physical Requirements**
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods
- Capable of handling moderate kitchen tasks such as lifting, bending, and basic food preparation

6. **Schedule & Availability**
- Willing to work split shifts or long hours (11:30 AM - 11:30 PM) with a 2-hour break
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays
- Only one off-day per week

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
