Job Description:

- Manage the day-to-day operations on construction site, ensuring that project progresses according to schedule and budget and control material wastage.Liaising with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and safety standards.
- Directing and supervising construction workers and subcontractors to ensure that work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as design discrepancies, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions.
- Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site.
- Keeping accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and documentation of any changes or deviations from the original plans.
- Monitoring project costs and expenditures to ensure that they stay within budgetary constraints.

Job Requirement:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Working experience of 3 years or more in construction field. Experience with high rise property projects will be an added advantage.
- Able to write and communicate well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate with management).
- Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking to management
- Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel and Project.
- Able to work 6 days.

Job based in Nilai.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
