Techical Lead

**Job Title: Technical Lead (.NET)**

We are seeking a **Technical Lead (.NET)** to join our dynamic development team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders, while leading the development, customization, and implementation of software solutions in the automation, banking, and financial sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate as a core member of the project development team to ensure smooth communication and delivery across functional teams.
- Research, explore, and adopt new technologies to enhance software solutions and development processes.
- Analyze, design, and implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
- Define project specifications, technical direction, and system architecture.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
- Establish and maintain a framework of technical standards and procedures.
- Ensure software quality through ongoing testing and system modifications.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Deliver onsite/offsite technical support to clients.
- Contribute to performance tuning efforts to enhance system efficiency.
- Address the latest vulnerabilities and security concerns, providing solutions to minimize risks.
- Analyze existing operations to identify risks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Required**:

- A degree (Diploma/Bachelor's/Postgraduate) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or a related field.
- Proficiency in **.NET (C#, ASP.NET)**, **.NET Core**, and **MVC** frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft SQL Server** (2016/2019/2022).
- Hands-on experience with **front-end technologies**: JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Ajax, HTML5, CSS, XML.
- Expertise in **Web Services (SOAP, REST)** and **Microsoft IIS**.
- Proficiency with development tools**:Visual Studio 2019/2022**, **SQL Management Studio**.
- Familiarity with **Windows Server** (2019/2022) and **Ubuntu Linux** (additional advantage).

**Experience**:

- At least 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, web development, and database design.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing and leading a development team.

**Added Advantages**:

- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Machine Learning-related systems.
- Experience with **Cheque Truncation Systems**, hardware API integrations, or automated testing platforms.
- Cloud experience (e.g., **Azure**, **Tencent Cloud**, **AWS**).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
